EYFS/Year1 Nativity
Dear Parents/Carers,
Rehearsals are in full swing for our production of ‘Donkey for Sale’ and the children are working hard to make this a great performance. Year 1 children will be our narrators and actors and the EYFS children will be our singing stars. Thank you for all the work you are already putting in helping your children learn their lines.
There will be two performances; the first on Wednesday 10th December at 9.15am and the second on Thursday 11th December at 9.15am. Parents are invited to come along and watch their children, but we do however have limited space within the hall. We can offer each child 2 tickets in total. You can choose to have one ticket for each performance or two tickets on one performance.
Please note, due to fire regulations, we have a maximum number of seats we can allow, and this includes both adults and siblings to attend each performance. Therefore, we would ask that parents try wherever possible to avoid bringing younger siblings to the performance, but if you need to bring them, they will need a seat/ticket, even if they are sitting on an adult’s lap.
To enable us to allocate the tickets in the fairest way we are using School Cloud to allocate tickets, https://uphill.schoolcloud.co.uk This is the same website you would have used to book your child’s parents evening. Parents can go to the site and book their tickets on Tuesday 25th November from 6:00pm. Tickets can be booked until Friday 5th December at 12:00pm.
Only adults who have pre-booked a performance will be admitted. We will not be issuing paper tickets and a list of those who have booked tickets will be on the door.
We are able to provide costumes for the performance, so there is no need for families to provide an outfit.
Please may we remind all our parents that it is our school policy that no photography or filming is allowed before or during the performance.
