Festival of School Sports (selected pupils)
Dear Parent/ Carer,
We are delighted to be able to offer your child the opportunity to take part in the CLF Festival of Sport in partnership with the University of the West of England (UWE).
This trip is an exciting opportunity for our children to experience some sporting activities that they wouldn’t do at school whilst working with other children from across our trust. The event will take place on Friday 24th June 2022.
Children should wear their P.E. Kit to school on this day, including sports trainers, and will need to bring:
- A packed lunchand a healthy snack
- Plenty to drink(in a re-fillable plastic bottle)
- A coat
- Sunscreen and hat
This event is taking place at the University of the West of England (UWE)’s sports ground and children will be travelling by coach from school. The coach will be leaving school at 7.45am, so your child will need to arrive at school in full PE Kit by 7.40am. The coach will leave UWE at 2.30pm and is expected to arrive back at school by 3.30pm. We will keep you informed of any changes to the pick-up time by text message on the day.
Please give permission for your child to attend this event on ParentPay by 3pm on Monday 20th June. If you have any questions, please contact the school office.
