Forest School Opportunities
Dear Parents/Carers,
We are very fortunate to be able to run Forest School sessions with Mrs Yvonne Matthews, Forest School leader.
The activities will be held within the school grounds or within the local community on Thursday afternoons for three weeks during term 5 & 6. Your child is invited to join us and their first session will be held on Thursday 13th May 2021.
Due to the half term holiday and the Year 6 residential trip the remaining dates you child will attend Forest School will be:
Thursday 27th May & Thursday 10th June
We will provide waterproof overalls and equipment required for the activities. However, your child will need a pair of wellies or a pair of old shoes/trainers and will need to bring them along in a named plastic bag please.
We are sure that the children will both enjoy and benefit from this experience, which is part of our widening opportunities and school curriculum in Key Stage 2. If you have any questions please email [email protected]
