How to Book After School Club & Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club & After School Club
Dear Parents/Carers,
Firstly, we apologise for the delay in getting this information to parents. We have been working hard since our return to ensure we have a fair booking system for our parents. We are now in a position to open bookings for both Breakfast Club and After School Club to those parents who have registered.
Booking will need to be made via the Parents Evening System www.uphill.schoolcloud.co.uk
Parents of children who are new to the school will not have used this system before and we need to ensure you can log in. When you go the website you will see this page:
The details you input into this page must be identical to those that we hold on our central system. These would have been taken from the starter information booklets that were filled in when your child started school. Please login tonight and test you have access. If you encounter a problem please telephone the school office before 10am tomorrow and we will try to resolve the issue. Remember booking is not yet open, so the screen will be blank until tomorrow morning.
Bookings will open at 10.00am tomorrow (Thursday 10th) for both Breakfast Club and After School Club. We are taking bookings from 14th September until 30th September. The booking system will close this Friday (11th) at 10.30am. Places are limited and although we believe from our registration information that there should be enough places on each day, there may be days when the club is full. In this instance, your child’s name will be added to a waiting list and we will notify parents directly if a place becomes available.
Amendments to your bookings during the month will need to be requested by email to [email protected] for After School Club or [email protected] for Breakfast Club. May we remind parents that 7 days notice is required to cancel bookings without charge.
Payment will need to be made through our payment site, ParentPay www.parentpay.com
We will be issuing further detailed information of the payment process shortly.
As previously notified, Breakfast Club arrivals must be made before 8.00am. After School Club collection of children can only be made from the front gate at 4pm, 5pm or 6pm. This will need to be stipulated at the time of booking. Parents will not be allowed within the site.
