Dear Parents/Carers,

We are writing to inform you that Mrs Maynes is currently absent due to a family emergency and is likely to be away for the next few weeks.

We are pleased that we are able to cover the majority of Mrs Mayne’s absence with Miss Stenner and Mrs Henry, who are both well known to the children.
