KS1 Multi Sports Event – Friday 5th December 2025 (selected pupils)
Dear Parents/Carers,
We are delighted to be able to invite your child to attend the above sporting event.
The event will take place at Winterstoke Academy and will be held during the school day. We will be leaving school around 9:00am and will return to school by 1:00pm and will be transported on a minibus.
Children should have a PE kit in school which should consist of black or navy shorts and a white T-shirt (no logos). Although this is an indoor event, we would suggest children also wear black or navy joggers. They will wear their school logo sweatshirt too so please make sure they wear this to school. All children will require a coat.
Due to the timings of the event, all children will need a packed lunch which they will eat on their return to school.
Please confirm you give permission for your child to attend this event via your child’s MCAS account and giving permission by Tuesday 25th November 2025.
There is no charge for this event.
