KS2 Christmas Lunch – Friday 11th December 2020
Years 3, 4, 5 & 6 (KS2)
Dear Parents/Carers,
Christmas Lunch for Key Stage 2 will take place on Friday 11th December. I am pleased to confirm that once again the Christmas lunch will be offered free of charge for all children throughout the school.
Children in Years 3, 4, 5 & 6 must book their Christmas lunch via ParentPay (www.parentpay.co.uk ). This will show as a ‘payment item’ within your ParentPay account but you will not be charged for this booking, charges will be cancelled before the end of term.
Christmas lunch must be booked in advance, orders cannot be taken on the day and bookings will need to be made on ParentPay by Tuesday 1st December at the latest. After this date no further bookings can be made. Children not having a Christmas dinner should bring a packed lunch on this day, there will be no alternative options available.
On Thursday 10th December, Key Stage 1 children will have their Christmas lunch and there will be NO hot meals available for KS2 children; therefore all KS2 children are required to bring a packed lunch to school on Thursday 10th December. Children who qualify for benefit related free school meals should speak to the office team if they require assistance in this.
