Out of Hours Provision – Registration
Dear Parents/Carers,
Our Breakfast Club and After School Club provision will resume on 6th September (20th September for new EYFS children) and we are pleased that we will be able to have a slight increase in capacity.
This letter is sent to parents who currently use or are registered to use the Breakfast Club and/or the After School Club provision. We need to confirm the numbers who will still require one or both clubs next year.
Therefore, from 10am on Friday 23rd June, please visit https://uphill.schoolcloud.co.uk/ (Parents Evening System) to register your child for either After School Club or Breakfast Club. The registration deadline is 4pm on Friday 30th September; after this date it will be assumed you do not require either facility. By completing this form, you are NOT guaranteed a place on the days requested; we need to ascertain numbers so we can understand the demand for the clubs.
You will be asked to indicate which day(s) of the week you require the club. Every day will need a ‘yes/no’ answer. If your child no longer requires after school club, please choose this option. You will only have access to register for a club that your child already attends and you should book for your child’s current year i.e. current Year 2 should register as KS1, not KS2 where they will be in September.
The booking process/instructions will be issued to registered parents by mid-August to book for September. Booking will be through the Parents Evening System, and it will be available on a first come, first served basis. We will try to meet demand as much as possible, but please be aware our After School Club has been very popular and over-subscribed on most afternoons.
Please be aware collection arrangements will remain unchanged with collection times set at 4pm, 5pm, 5.30pm and 6pm and need to be stipulated at the time of booking; children will be collected from the front gate at the allotted time.
