Pupil Premium Uniform & Milk Letter (selected children)

Dear Parent/Carer,

The school receives pupil premium funding for your child and, in line with our Pupil Premium Strategy, they are entitled to receive a carton of milk at mid-morning break, free of charge.  We also offer some financial support towards the cost of logo school uniform, from our uniform supplier NK Sports.

We would ask parents to complete this form https://forms.office.com/r/v4cB33dPA5

to confirm if your child would like milk at breaktimes.  Please note, if your child is under 5 they will automatically receive school milk and we will contact you again once they reach the age of 5.

Please also indicate on this form if you would like support with uniform.  This will be issued in the form of a voucher code for NK Sports, which can be used online or in their shop, and will be specifically for logo uniform.  Further details will be issued to those parents wishing to take up this offer.

If you have multiple children in your family who qualify for pupil premium funding please complete one form for each child.

Please submit your completed form by 10am on Wednesday 29 September.
