Dear Parents/Carers,

Thank you for your assistance in making sure your child had the correct swimming kit with them last Tuesday for our first swimming lesson, which the children really enjoyed.

This academic year we have had to change the timings for our lessons and they now run over the lunch period.  Last week was our first lesson at the new times and we wanted to confirm with you the schedule for the day.  This will apply every Tuesday for the remaining four weeks.

Sputnik Class will have morning break at 10.15am and will then have a further ‘snack break’ at 11.00am.  Please can we ask you to provide your child with a piece of fruit and a snack (rice cake, cereal bar, mini cheddars etc.) that they can eat at this break.

Children will leave school at 11.30am and their swimming lesson is between 12.15pm & 1.15pm.

Children will arrive back at school around 2pm and will eat their packed lunch between 2 and 2.30pm. Please can we ask parents to pack a substantial packed lunch on swimming days.

Please remember that children should wear school uniform and carry their swimming kit in a bag.
