WEMA Primary Big Sing @ The Winter Gardens
Dear Parents/Carers,
We are delighted to inform you that Years 3/4 will be taking part in this year’s ‘Primary Big Sing’ event at the Winter Gardens on Tuesday 18th March 2025.
This singing celebration, organised and hosted by West of England Music Association, supports music in school and gives your child the opportunity to share songs with each other and celebrate their singing with other schools in the area.
The children will be walking to the Winter Gardens, leaving school at 9:15am, therefore all children will need a packed lunch on this day. However, if your child is entitled to benefit related Free School Meals, you can request this when completing the form.
Children will need to be collected from outside the front of the Winter Gardens at 2.35pm. If your child is booked into After School club, they will be walked back to school by the teaching staff; please indicate this on the form.

If you are available to help walk the children to the event, please let your child’s class teacher know. We require three parent helpers for each class; we will need some to stay for the duration of the trip but not all, so please let your child’s class teacher know whether you are available to only walk to the event, or if you can stay.
