Wrap-Around Care Booking Dates – March to July 2026
Dear Parents and Carers,
We are now able to confirm the booking dates for our wrap-around care clubs for the remainder of this academic year. Please ensure you add these dates to your diaries and remember payment is required at the time of booking:
Wednesday 11th February 2026 – March dates released (2nd – 31st)
Wednesday 11th March 2026 – April dates released (1st – 30th)
Wednesday 22nd April 2026 – May dates released (1st – 22nd)
Wednesday 13th May 2026 – June dates released (1st – 30th)
Wednesday 10th June 2026 – July dates released (1st – 21st)
On each of the above dates, the new sessions will be added to the system from around mid-day; we apologise that we cannot give an exact time, as this will be dependent on office demands on the day.
We do not operate a waiting list for clubs, but parents/carers are able to check MCAS at any time to see if spaces have become available. Unwanted spaces can be cancelled by parents/carers up to 7 days before.
Voucher Payments
We continue to encourage parents to draw down childcare vouchers as early as possible to allow funds to clear our Finance system and be added to MCAS before the above dates. It can take up to 10 working days for funds to be available in MCAS. If you wish voucher credits to be split between Breakfast Club and After-School Club and/or siblings, please email office@uva.clf.uk to confirm how you would like us to split the funds.
After-School Club Collection Times
We offer four fixed collection times: 4pm, 5pm, 5,30pm and 6pm, and children cannot be collected at any other time. Please remember After-School closes at 5pm on a Friday. Staff are familiar with most children’s collection times and will bring them to the front entrance at these times. If you arrive at a different collection time, please speak to the member of staff and expect a short wait whilst we get children ready to leave.
Breakfast Club Drop Off
Can we remind parents that children should arrive for Breakfast Club between 7:30am & 8:00am. Drop off after 8:00am may need to be made via the main school office and may cause parents a delay in dropping off.
Communication
Please ensure your contact details are up to date by checking and updating your Date Collection Form on MCAS.
