Year 1 Phonics Workshop
Dear Parents/Carers,
We are excited to announce we will be offering a phonics workshop for parents of our Year 1 children to take part in on Wednesday 3rd November at 9am.
This workshop is designed to be interactive, where parents can watch the children and the class teacher taking part in a phonics lesson. It is a great way to see phonics in action and for parents to learn some techniques for how to support your child at home.
Following the workshop, we will send a presentation full of further information for supporting phonics at home to parents through the Tapestry app.
The workshop will only last about half an hour and we look forward to seeing as many parents as possible. If you have any questions about the event, or about the learning of phonics, please speak to your child’s class teacher.
