Year 1 Walk Around the Village. Sept 2023

Dear Parents/Carers,

As part of our enquiry question, ‘Where is our place in the UK?’, we would like to take our Year 1 children on a walk around the village to identify the local features of the environment in which our school is based.

The walk will take place on Friday 15th September during the afternoon. Children should wear their normal school uniform and have a coat in school.

Permission is not required for this walk as it is covered by our walks in the village permission given when your child starts school, however if you have any concerns, please speak to your child’s class teacher.
