Year 3/4 Swimming Lessons
Dear Parent/Carer,
As a result of the current lockdown restrictions until 8th March, we regret to inform parents that the rescheduled swimming lessons for Chandra Class, due to take place through the month of March, are cancelled.
We have also been unable to reschedule Sputnik Class lessons that should have taken place in January. Therefore, unfortunately, we will not be attending any further swimming lessons for this academic year.
As you are aware it is part of the National Curriculum that every child is able to swim 25m by the end of the primary phase (Year 6) and we are committed to this. We are disappointed that we will not be able to continue with lessons for the remainder of this academic year but we are hopeful we can arrange catch up swimming lessons next year for any current Year 4 children who require this. Further details will follow later in the summer.
