Year 4 & 5 ‘Biggest Ever Football Session for Girls’– Wednesday 3rd May 2023

Dear Parent/Carers,

We are delighted to inform parents that this event has been rescheduled and will now take place on Wednesday 3rd May. All arrangements remain unchanged. The event will take place at Weston College, Loxton Road Campus, and will be held during the school day. We will be leaving school around 9:00am to walk to the event, which is due to finish at 12:15pm. Children attending will need to be provided with a packed lunch on this day as the timings will mean they will return to school too late for the lunch service. They should have their PE kit in school to wear for the event and please ensure your child has a water bottle and a jacket/coat with them. If your child has a pair of shin pads please provide them, although we do have some available at school. Children will be required to wear sturdy trainers, no studded football boots are allowed. We have previously received permission for your child to take part in this event and we will assume this permission stands unless you contact us to advise they NO longer wish to take part.
