Year 3/4 ‘Give it a Try’ Sports Festival – Wednesday 24th January 2024
Dear Parents/Carers,
We are delighted to be able to invite your child to attend the above sporting event.
The event will take place at Hutton Moor Leisure Centre in the Sports hall and will be held during the school day. We will be leaving school around 9:15am and will be due to finish at 12:15pm, therefore, children will need a packed lunch to eat on their return to school. As well as a packed lunch, please ensure they bring a water bottle.
Due to the timings of this event can children taking part, please arrive at school promptly at 8.45am to allow enough time for them to get changed into their PE kits and be ready to leave for 9:15am. Children should arrive at school wearing normal school uniform. They must ensure that they have their PE kits, trainers/daps, and a coat in school on this day.

There is no charge for this event.
