Year 5/6 Primary 7-a-side Football Finals Rescheduled (selected children)
Dear Parents/Carers,
Firstly, we apologise that the above planned football event had to be postponed due to the bad weather. We are delighted to be able to confirm this event is now rescheduled for Monday 24th November.
All event information remains unchanged but please find a reminder of the schedule and dress code below.
The event will take place on the outdoor pitches at Weston College, Loxton Road Campus, and will be held during the school day. We will be leaving school around 9:00am and will return to school by 1:00pm and will be walking to and from the event.
Children can wear their PE kit and trainers to school. PE kit should consist of black or navy shorts and a white T-shirt (no logos). As this is an outdoor event, we would request children also wear black or navy joggers and a black or navy, plain (no logo) hoodie or sweatshirt. They can alternatively wear their royal blue, logo sweatshirt. All children will require a warm coat.
Due to the timings of the event, all children will require a packed lunch which they will eat on their return to school.
We do not require further permission, as this was given for the previous date. However, if for any reason your child no longer wishes to participate, please email the school office team on office@uva.clf.uk by Wednesday 19 th November 2025.
There is no charge for this event.
