Year 5/6 Primary Cross-Country Championships & Relays – Tuesday 8th October
Dear Parent/Carers,
We are delighted to be able to invite your child to attend the above sporting event.
The event will take place at Sidcot School Playing Fields and will be held during the school day. We will be leaving school around 9:00am with the event due to finish at 12:30pm. The estimated time for the coach to arrive back at school is 1:15pm, therefore, children will need a packed lunch to eat on their return to school.
Children participating should arrive at school wearing their P.E kit of navy or black shorts & white T-shirt. They will need to wear sturdy trainers. As this is an outdoor event we recommend they wear navy or black joggers and a navy or black hoodie/sweatshirt (or school sweatshirt). No other colours should be worn.
Children must arrive for school on time for registration to ensure they are ready to board the coach and leave for 9:00am.
As well as a packed lunch, please ensure they bring a water bottle.
