Year 5/6 Production – Ye-Ha!
Dear Parents/Carers,
Rehearsals are in full swing for the Year 5/6 production of ‘Ye-Ha’ and the children are working really hard to make this a great performance. Thank you for all the work you may have already put in to help your child learn their lines.
Dates and times
The performances will take place on Wednesday 15th July at 5:00pm and Thursday 16th July at 2:00pm. On Wednesday we will require children to arrive at school at 4:40pm; those children attending After School Club will go directly from club to their classroom to take part in the production.
Seats
Parents are invited to come along and watch their child(ren) however we do have limited space within the hall. Please note, due to fire regulations, we can only allow a maximum of 100 individuals (this includes adults and siblings) to attend each performance. We can offer each family 2 seats in total. Seats can be split across performances.
To enable us to allocate the tickets in the fairest way, you will need to request tickets for your chosen performance(s) on MCAS, under ‘Online Payments’
We would ask that wherever possible, young children are not brought to the performances. Siblings who attend Uphill Village Academy will watch the performance so don’t need to come along with parents. If you feel you really have to bring younger siblings with you, please remember they will need their own seat, even if they are on your lap or in a pushchair, therefore they will require a ‘ticket’.
Parents can book their tickets from today, Tuesday 30th June until 6pm on Monday 13th July.
We do not issue physical paper tickets, instead a list of attendees will be on the door.
Costume requirements are being sent home this week. These will mostly be items you already have, do not spend lots of money on a new costume. Please email the year group email if you have a query with this year5and6@uva.clf.uk
