Year 5 WEMA Christmas Singing Event
Dear Year 5 Parents/Carers,
As detailed in our letter dated 6th November, we will be attending the West of England Music Association’s Christmas Singing Event at the Winter Gardens next week on Wednesday 10th December.
Children will walk to the Winter Gardens following lunch, rehearse with the professional musicians and then perform in the concert. The concert starts at 5:00pm finishes at 6:00pm and the children will need to be collected from outside the Winter Gardens at 6:00pm.
You are receiving this letter because you have not withdrawn your child from this event & therefore it is assumed that your child will be attending and will be collected at 6:00pm from the Winter Gardens.
Full school uniform and a coat are required. We will not be taking bags with us, except lunch boxes. Please do not bring bags into school on this day.

We now require permission for your child to walk to the Winter Gardens. Please can you visit MCAS/Trips and give your permission by this Friday (5th).
