Young Voices Concert Postponement

Dear Parents/Carers,

Unfortunately, we have just received this message from the organisers of Young Voices regarding tomorrow’s concert.

‘We have taken the decision to postpone the Young Voices concert on 9 January due to the current snow conditions and weather forecast.
The safety of children, teachers and families always comes first, and the information available to us means this is the responsible decision.

We are in the process of arranging an alternative date for your concert. Choir places and audience tickets will be valid for the new date. Pre-booked parking will also be transferred to the new date. Ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled date will be eligible for a refund, and we will be in touch with further information soon.
Thank you for your understanding. We know how disappointing this is, but safety must always come before everything else.’

As a school, we are unable to provide any further details at the moment but will keep parents informed once we receive any updates.

Young Voices Club, scheduled for tonight 3:15pm-4:00pm, will go ahead as planned as we still need to learn the songs as we will still be attending the concert at some other point.
