Yr 6 Bikeability Confirmation Letter (selected pupils)

Dear Year 6 Parents/Carers,

As many of you are aware we have had to reschedule the dates for Bikeability training with the Year 6 pupils. As your child already expressed an interest to take part in this training we would like to confirm their place on level 1/2 course from Monday 30^th November – Friday 4^th December 2020. Training will take place within your child’s class bubble and specific instructions on bike storage will be made available closer to the date.

The training is FREE of charge, however to take part in the session your child must:-

Be able to ride a bike.
Their bike must be safe to use and must have two working brakes. Use the ABC on the attached letter to help.
Have a correctly fitted helmet.
Be able to bring their bike into school on the days of training.

To be able to participate in this training, the North Somerset/Lifecycle Consent form MUST be completed. Please click on the link below which will take you to an online form which we would ask you to submit by Wednesday 22^nd October 2020 at the latest.
