Yr 6 Charterhouse Residential Payment Confirmation
Dear Parents/Carers,
We are delighted so many children wish to join us for our trip to Charterhouse for the Year 6 residential trip from Monday 20th – Friday 24th May 2024.
We can now confirm the cost of the trip will be £385 per child and this will include coach fares, insurance, full board accommodation, food and drink, activities, and specialist equipment.
We understand this is a large amount of money and we are offering the opportunity to pay by instalments between now and April.
We hope parents will understand that should we not receive sufficient funds to cover the cost of the trip, we will have to cancel. The school has no provision to subsidise trips.
A parent meeting will be held on Thursday 18th April 2024 to discuss the final trip arrangements and answer any questions you may have.
Trip instalments are available to pay on ParentPay from today. The instalments required are:
£80.00 due by 30th November 2023 (this is a non-refundable deposit)
£60.00 due by 31st December 2023
£60.00 due by 31st January 2024
£60.00 due by 28th February 2024
£60.00 due by 31st March 2024
£65.00 due by 30th April 2024
The full amount can be paid is you wish to do so. The deposit should be paid to secure your child’s place.
