Today we are going to begin to edit our report on the four nations. (We did our draft version last week in school)

Show them the modelled version below:

If there is a green it means you’ve made a marvellous mistake. You then have to correct it using a purple pen.

(Email us if you would like us to send you a photo of your childs work form last week to help with this task.)

Work with your child – you add green pen and they correct in purple pen on their draft report.

Then complete exit question – what have you learnt this term?

Use rubric when you are presenting to ensure your writing is excellent – check with your child as they write they are covering points from

Then children to draw their favourite country of the four nations, why is it your favourite?

Peer critique-go over how you critique fairly. Show children 2 stars and a wish sheet.

Work with your child to discuss their work completed yesterday. Note down 2 great points and 1 futher wish.

Then ask your child to draw what they are looking forward to doing over Christmas.
