This week we will be learning about our new book-see above picture The Big Book of the UK.
Below is a video about our book. We will be talking about what we liked, disliked, what puzzled us and what connections we have to the book. Can you write sentences for each of them? Can you write a sentence under each photo?

Can you look at the homes and house page (below) and finish the sentences to the page of the buildings and homes page. Buildings in the past have changed?

Part, part whole sheets – number on the top. Can the children place objects in the 2 part sections to complete.
Use ladybirds and counters. Can the children record addition sentence for each bond on a whiteboard.
